I am an integrative bodyworker, practicing CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. I trained in CranioSacral Therapy at the Milne Institute and Upledger Institute and Visceral Manipulation at the Barral Institute. I am also a licensed massage therapist, having received my training at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Bodywork (IPSB) in Santa Monica, California. 

My bodywork practice is the result of a journey through unforeseen adversity and eye-opening transformation. In 2023, I experienced a health crisis that left me immobile for months and led to chronic pain in my left hip and leg. I sought out an exhaustive series of treatments and therapies that had little to no effect on my enduring pain. It became clear I was going to have to explore beyond what our conventional medical systems could offer. 

After I underwent several craniosacral therapy sessions, I started to experience relief and a revelation slowly began to unfold – my pain was not isolated to a purely physical condition; it was entwined with my psyche and spirit. I came to realize that my healing journey would require a new acceptance of where I was in my entirety. There was a new awareness of feeling in my body that wasn’t simply physical versus emotional; it was a deeper understanding that one could not be treated without the other. 

Time and time again, I have been shown the power of bodywork and the inextricable link between body, mind, and spirit. I was filled with gratitude for how this work changed my relationship with my body and brought me back to myself. My gratitude became curiosity and, trusting in my body, I decided to devote myself to exploring the healing art of CranioSacral Therapy ever since. I am honored to support and be of service to others on their own healing journey.

When it comes to our work together, my approach is based in acceptance of where you are. The story of your body contains volumes, and I intend to listen with my hands and my heart. I am dedicated to tapping into your innate rhythm and healing power so that you can experience greater ease in being. I am deeply honored to work with each person who comes to me. I consider each of you as one of my teachers.
